This is from the original soundtrack of Shrek Forever After. In the movie, this is the second-to-last song in the credits.

The arrangement is really cool, call me an amateur but I had trouble figuring out where the transition from piano to guitar happened. The lyrics are simple and playful, the singers’ voices blend beautifully. It’s peaceful for a love song, and I like it.
